Job Description:

As Sales Consultant you will sell new/used automobiles by understanding and demonstrating features and benefits; explaining capabilities; developing and qualifying buyers; and closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gathers information, highlights features and benefits explaining capabilities, demonstrates vehicle operation comparing and contrasting competitive models.
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins, greeting customers, and responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions to senior management.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's wants, needs and desires: matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport with clients.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, delivers automobile.

Required Experience:

• Previous auto sales experience not required
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Superior customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Prior Military Service desired but not required

Required Education:
A high school diploma or the equivalent
